Once you get in touch with me, I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours and we can discuss the best combination of services to suit your particular need. This is an informal chat and it is free of charge.

Should you decide you are happy to use my services, we can discuss my rates. Every project I do is different, but I always do my best to be understanding of your need and work within your budget.

Once you are happy with what has been decided, I'll send out a contract to you specifying all the details orally agreed previously.

I understand that it is nice to know who you are dealing with – 'put a face to the name' – so I am happy to come to your office to discuss the work needed.
